- Orders $60 or less (grand total after discounts) will be shipped via customers selected shipping method
- Orders $60 or greater (grand total after discounts) will be shipped via EXPRESS Parcel AusPost - Tracked (Optional upgrade to Express Parcel Post for an additional fee)
- Regional & Remote areas may be excluded from the free shipping offer. You will be contacted prior to print production to confirm shipping charges if necessary. Stickerama reserves the right to change or withdraw free delivery at any time.

Damaged in Transit
Please do not sign for the delivery of goods that are obviously damaged. If the damage is only found upon unpacking, then please contact (team@stickerama.com.au) as soon as possible.
Pricing / Product Errors
Whilst we make every effort to ensure correct pricing and product info – we reserve the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ money because of pricing errors (or for any reason).
Authority to leave
If you want to have your order left at your address even if you are not home you can request the Authority To Leave in the order notes during check out. If you request this option; You are accepting responsibility for delivery of the item once it leaves the Stickerama store. Stickerama assumes a delivery has been made if the courier reports that the item has been delivered. Non-delivery claims by customers will not be accepted if the courier firm confirms delivery has been made.

Delivery Tracking
For trackable delivery services you can track your parcel by following the link that we send in the delivery confirmation email. Should you have any questions about your order once it has been dispatched please contact us at team@stickerama.com.au
Receiving your Order
Deliveries generally occur Monday – Friday between 9am-5pm.
Unfortunately, we cannot currently arrange deliveries for specific days, times or weekends. If you are not home when the delivery driver arrives they will leave a card with details on how to collect or re-arrange your delivery. Stickerama does not accept responsibility for any missed delivery attempts.
