Custom Sticker Orders
Because we print made-to-order custom stickers, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds, so be sure to take care when placing your custom orders. However, as per our quality assurance guarantee, in the rare event that a manufacturing defect or error on our part has occurred, please contact us at team@stickerama.com.au for prompt resolution. Quality assurance resolutions may result in refunds at our discretion. 

Our policy allows for refund requests to be made under our quality assurance guarantee for up to 30 days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that orders placed opting for untracked postage are excluded from any refund or return. 


Pre-Designed Sticker Shop
For pre-designed items ordered from our online shop, where damage or defect is present, contact us at team@stickerama.com.au to see if you are eligible for a return or refund. Please note, we may request a photo and/or for the item to be sent back.

Items to be returned may result in shipping costs incurred by the customer. This amount will be deducted from the amount you may receive as money back upon approval of a refund.
