Order Modification Requests
After receiving your digital proof, modifications can be requested up until proof approval. It is the customers responsibility to ensure they have taken the time to thoroughly check the digital proof for any potential errors in their submitted designs or needed changes.

Digital Proof Approval
By approving your online proof, you are accepting that the design is final and no revisions can be further requested. It is crucial to carefully review and confirm all aspects of the proof before granting us approval, which moves your design to print production.

Where a digital proof has been submitted and not approved for a period greater than 10 business days after proof submission, we reserve the right to move design straight to production.

Artwork Quality Acknowledgment 
By placing your order, you acknowledge that the quality of your print is conditional to the artwork you provide. Stickerama is not responsible for orders printed as fuzzy, distorted or pixelated due to low quality artwork provided by the customer. If the proof is pixelated, the end printed product may also be pixelated. 

As Stickerama operates in CMYK colours, we are not responsible for any colour shifts that occur when converting from RGB to CMYK.

Though we do our best to optimise designs for best print quality, to ensure the best print results, submitting high-resolution CMYK images and designs is recommended.

Right To Refuse Print
Stickerama reserves the right to reject orders containing offensive, indecent or improper material. 

Stickerama is not responsible for any infringements of copyright or intellectual property resulting from a customer's order. 

Production Timeframes
Production times listed on our website and marketing material display typical production timeframes based on our production averages. While Stickerama aims to maintain fast turnarounds, we are not liable for extended production times, or delays. 

Quality Assurance Guarantee
At Stickerama, every order undergoes quality checks throughout each stage of production. In the rare event that a manufacturing defect or error on our part has occurred, please contact us at team@stickerama.com.au for prompt resolution.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Because we print made-to-order custom stickers, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds, so be sure to take care when placing your custom orders. While we do not offer returns on custom orders, please see our quality assurance guarantee above. 

For pre-designed items ordered from our online shop, where damage or defect is present, contact us at team@stickerama.com.au to see if you are eligible for a return or refund. Please note, we may request a photo and/or for the item to be sent back.

Shipping Disclaimer
Stickerama offers both paid and free shipping options within Australia. Shipping times are estimates and may vary. Stickerama is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

Cancellations
For custom orders, once approved, no cancellations may be requested. Where a proof has been provided, cancellations will result in a fee being deducted from your refunded amount with the current cancellation fee being $35. Orders of lesser value than the cancellation fee will not receive any money back on cancellation. Cancellation fees are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation of orders from the pre-designed sticker shop is permitted if an order has not yet incurred a shipping cost.
